Our aims in providing homework for the children are to:

• Develop an effective partnership with parents
• Consolidate and reinforce skills and understanding of work
• Extend learning carried out in school
• Encourage the children to develop confidence and self discipline to study independently

Homework is set according to the age of the children. A copy of the School Homework Policy detailing the expectations for each Key Stage and year group is provided in your Induction Pack when your child starts school.
